Pregnant woman sues condom delivery man for making her have unprotected sex.

 A Pregnant woman has sued condom delivery man whose delay in delivering the condom pack she ordered made her have unprotected sex leading to her pregnancy.

When the woman, referred to as Su (pseudonym) from China ordered the condoms online, the estimated delivery time was 20 minutes but the deliveryman delayed for another 8 minutes, blaming bad weather.

Unable to hold back the blazing libido anymore, she ended up having unprotected sex with her boyfriend, and by the time the delivery man arrived with the condoms, there was no use for them again.

According to, The young woman from Xuzhou, in Jiangsu province has sued the deliveryman for 30,000 yuan ($4,200) in anticipated medical expenses, food cost, and lost time.

The aggrieved woman is quoted as arguing: “If only the delivery man had arrived on time, this kind of thing never would have happened.”

Meanwhile, the delivery man has also served notice that he would not take care of somebody’s pregnant woman he did not know from anywhere. He added that instead of suing him as an individual, Su should rather direct her issues to the condom delivery company he works for.

The fats of the matter as reported by Odditycentral.com are that the woman had invited her boyfriend over to her residence to watch a movie which did not end early.

As they watched the movie, they began to get intimate with each other, and in other to avoid any unwanted pregnancy, she ordered the condoms online, and it was expected to be delivered in 20 minutes.

They then went to the bathroom to take a shower, making sure that they returned early enough to not miss the delivery.

However, upon return from the bathroom, they realised that the order had been delayed for another 10 minutes.

Unfortunately, the feeling was so high that they ended up having sex unprotected before the delivery man arrived 8 minutes later.

It was only late last month when she missed her menstruation that it dawned on her that she must have been pregnant, and a test confirmed it.
