Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston reunite for first project in 19 years.

Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston are set to reunite for the first time in 19 years and the entire world will be watching.

The former couple has just been announced as the latest signings for a star-studded project – a live table read of the hit comedy Fast Times At Ridgemont High.

This will be the first time the exes have worked on a project together since their incredibly public split back in 2005 and no doubt, all eyes will be on the pair analysing their every move and interaction.

Details are slowly trickling about the one-off special which will also feature Hollywood royalty like Julia Roberts, Matthew McConaughey, Morgan Freeman and Sean Penn.

The fundraising event will be streamed on the social media platforms of Sean Penn’s organisation CORE on the August 21 at 8pm raising much needed funds for the covid-relief charity.

If you’re keen to catch some meaningful looks between Brad and Jen, you’ll have to wait a little longer though as the project will be realised remotely via video conferencing.

While you might remember Brad’s cameo in Friends back in 2001, the former husband and wife have kept their screen projects relatively separate throughout their respective careers – until now!

The pair famously started dating back in 1998 not long after Brad’s break-up from fellow starlet Hollywood Gwyneth Paltrow.

Brad and Jen fell head over heels in love, exchanging vows in a beautiful Malibu wedding summer of 2000.

Unfortunately, things weren’t meant to be as they announced their split just four years later. Brad went on to marry Angelina Jolie while Jennifer found love with Justin Theroux; both marriages which broke up eventually.

Despite the heartbreak, Brad and Jen have maintained a solid friendship over the years – the Big Short actor even put in an appearance at Jen’s 50th birthday celebrations.

You might also remember their encounter at the Screen Actors Guild Awards in January when the two were spotted having a quick chat backstage.

The pair were ever supportive of one other’s fortunes on the night with Jennifer cheering her ex on when he took home the award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon A Time In Hollywood.

Brad later returned the favour when Jen nabbed her own award for her role in the critically acclaimed, The Morning Show.

Brad was spotted watching Jen’s speech on a monitor backstage, something she later called ‘sweet’ in an interview with Extra TV.
